Batch File Renamer

Rename batches of files by extracting variables straight from the folder/filename, then re-assembling a new name from a template. Everything runs locally in the browser.

1. Upload files

Drag & drop files or .zip archives here, or click to browse.
Accepts multiple .zip archives and/or loose files of any type at once.

2. Output filename / path template

Build the new name from {folderName} (the file's enclosing folder) and {fileName} (its name without extension), plus {ext}. If a locale code like en-US or de_DE is found in either one, {lang} and {country} become available too. Each variable can optionally be forced to UPPER or lower case. Use / to create subfolders in the exported zip.
